Prescription drugs
You have many convenient ways to fill and manage prescriptions.
You can order most new prescriptions and pick them up the same day at most Kaiser pharmacies—at no extra cost. You can get most prescription refills delivered within a few days; same-day or next-day delivery is also an option for most prescription orders for an additional fee.
Your actual coverage and copay amounts may vary based on the plan negotiated by your collective bargaining agreement.
To find a pharmacy near you, visit Kaiser’s Doctors & Locations search, then check by location with the search term “pharmacy.”
Dental
Depending on the terms of your collective bargaining agreement, you may be able to enroll in one of the indemnity self-funded dental plans or one of the prepaid dental plans.
Self-funded dental plans
The self-funded dental plans are administered by First Dental Health. Dental claims are processed by the Fund Office.
You can visit any dentist, but the plan covers more when you receive care from in-network dentists. Visit the First Dental Health website to find a dentist near you.
The plans pay benefits based on a percentage of a schedule of allowances up to a maximum benefit per calendar year.
Your actual coverage may vary based on the plan negotiated by your collective bargaining agreement.
If you are part of the LA/OC MCA Janitorial, your prepaid dental plan has been replaced with MetLife PPO Dental as of September 1, 2024. You can visit any dentist, but the plan covers more when you receive care from in-network dentists. Visit the MetLife Dental website to find a dentist near you.
Prepaid dental plans
If you are part of the Market Janitor group, your prepaid dental plan is offered through Liberty Dental. Visit the Liberty Dental Plan website to find a dentist near you.
If you enroll in one of these prepaid dental plans, you will be provided an evidence of coverage from the insurance company.

Vision
Depending on the terms of your collective bargaining agreement, you may be able to enroll in the Choice Plan or the Signature Plan administered through VSP.
You can visit any licensed vision care provider you want, but the plan covers more of the cost when you receive care from providers in the VSP network. Use VSP’s network provider locator to find a network vision care provider near you.
